He didn't won the Biggest Fans because his Beliebers are family,not fans. Lol .. He didn't came to MTV EMAs because he's quite busy now for his Believe Tour. So, Scooter Braun came to Frakfurt,German to represent Justin for the EMAs. Yeah! School boy.
Carly Rae Jepsen also won 2 awards. It's the Best Song & the Best Push. Carly so deserves for the awards. Her song, Call Me Maybe is the best. We love that song.
